Consent to be Recorded

By purchasing a key, you are acknowledging that you are attending a location where photography, audio recording and video recording will occur. Your presence on Purple Meadows Lavender Farm constitutes your explicit consent and authorization to be photographed, recorded, filmed and otherwise documented.

You further consent to Purple Meadows Lavender Farm LLC, Talk Ta Me LLC, and the Violet Vault’s unrestricted use, release, publication, exhibition, broadcast, reproduction, distribution, and dissemination of any recorded media containing your image, likeness, voice, statements or name, for any lawful purposes whatsoever in perpetuity and in any and all media formats now known or later developed.

Authorized Uses

Such authorized purposes include, without limitation, promotional and marketing uses across websites, social media platforms, digital media, printed materials, advertising, press releases, news publications, and all related mediums associated with the Violet Vault or its initiatives.

Waiver of Claims

By your entry and continued presence, you waive any and all claims or rights that you might otherwise have against Purple Meadows Lavender Farm LLC, Talk Ta Me LLC or the Violet Vault, its affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives arising out of or related to the production, use or publication of such recorded media.

This waiver includes, without limitation, any claim for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, and claims for financial compensation, royalties, or fees in connection with any use of your recorded likeness or voice.

Acknowledgement
